Refund Policy

At TheMuslimCloset, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Refund of Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
5. Processing Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Items will be returned to our warehouse located in Canada.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
