Where do you ship?

We currently ship to 65+ countries worldwide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–8 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Do I pay any customs or import fees?

No. The price you pay at checkout is final—there are no additional customs duties or import fees due upon delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate the delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at support@themuslimcloset.com. Please note that all hijabs and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work quickly to make it right.

We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and Afterpay.
