Refund Policy
At TheMuslimCloset, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refund of Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Processing Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or any other promotional discount event
- Items purchased as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free or similar multi-item discount offer
- Any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@themuslimcloset.com. Items will be returned to our warehouse located in Canada. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
